Or perhaps it is because your friends taunt you about your weight. Or maybe that you have become aware of the several harmful diseases that obese people suffer from and you want to lose weight in order to live longer and healthier. Whatever the reason behind your desire to lose weight, write it down. Then utter those affirmations everyday. Of course, you should be very much focused when uttering the affirmations. Uttering them thoughtlessly and mindlessly won’t have any effect on your body.

When you want to lose weight, you surely need to follow a diet plan as well as exercise regularly. But at the same time you need to train your mind to believe that you can really reach your weight loss goal.
